Big Sister HR, LLC is a space where questions or comments—filtered, unfiltered, slightly chaotic, or deeply thoughtful—are always welcome and never judged (we know.....from experience).  We offer mentorship, community, and resources wrapped in equal parts guidance and “okay, let’s talk this through.” Think advice you didn’t ask for but absolutely needed, delivered with care, clarity, and just enough side-eye to keep things honest. Whether you’re figuring it out, venting it out, or just need someone in your corner who actually gets it, we’re here with big sister energy: supportive, direct, and not afraid to tell you when you’re about to text that thing you’ll regret.

We also host honest, exploratory conversations between like-minded professionals and the ones seasoned enough to look you dead in the eye and say, “Stay away from HR.” To which we respond—politely, of course—“Nah… it’s rewarding" - in a sick, oddly satisfying, occasionally chaos-filled sense. It’s the kind of space where people who’ve seen it all share what they’ve learned, what they survived, and what they absolutely refuse to do again, while the next generation listens in equal parts inspired and mildly concerned.
